3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- At the time of requesting a withdrawal, the player must have already made a deposit to their account.
- Withdrawals can only be made using one of the same deposit methods used to fund the account.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed only after verification by kst777.
- For players whose account registration has not yet been verified, kst777 will check their details before processing any withdrawal request.
- Any applicable currency conversion fees shall be borne by the player.
3.3 Withdrawal Limits
kst777 has the right to review withdrawals for fraud prevention and financial compliance purposes. If any suspicious activity is detected, a withdrawal may be temporarily put on hold.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
The kst777 welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on your first deposit — up to 100,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount.

- Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive bonus 40,000 Ks → balance 60,000 Ks → wagering requirement 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks
- Deposit 120,000 Ks → receive bonus 100,000 Ks → balance 220,000 Ks → wagering requirement 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks
4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions
- Each bonus can be claimed once only.
- Each player, IP address, and set of personal details (name, bank account) is entitled to claim a bonus once only.
- kst777 may change the bonus issuance timing, validity period, and terms with prior notice.
- The game types eligible for play with bonus funds will be specified by kst777.
- Funds that include a bonus component can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
4.3 Bonus Cancellation
If there is evidence of bonus abuse, use of software to manipulate gameplay, or fraud on a player's account, kst777 may revoke the bonus and cancel any bonus-related funds earned from that account.
5. VIP Levels and Cashback
The kst777 VIP program has 4 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can progress from one level to the next based on their play activity.

6. Prohibited Actions and Player Responsibilities
6.1 Prohibited Actions
Players must not carry out any of the following actions —
- Depositing using funds from a third party who cannot be identified as the player themselves
- Depositing and withdrawing solely to claim a bonus without genuinely playing on the platform (Bonus Abuse)
- Using software bots, auto-clickers, or any automation tools
- Opening multiple accounts simultaneously to claim bonuses repeatedly
- Opening an account with false information or submitting incorrect details
- Taking any action that affects or interferes with the platform's software, network, or security systems
6.2 Actions We May Take
kst777 has the right to immediately suspend the accounts of players who violate the prohibitions listed above, refuse their funds, and block them from accessing the platform in the future.
6.3 Player Responsibilities

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content, designs, software, translations and graphics on the kst777 platform are the intellectual property of kst777. Players may not copy, distribute or repurpose any of these materials except to access and play on the platform in the normal way.

- When there is reasonable suspicion of financial fraud or improper use of an account
- When required by a court order or legal authority

9.2 Closure by Player

10. Limitation of Liability
kst777 is not liable for players' gambling losses, losses arising from temporary inability to access the platform (service interruptions), or losses caused by errors in third-party platforms or software tools.
Each player's gaming decisions are considered their own responsibility. The platform may only provide a remedy where it can be proven that an incorrect game result was caused by a technical error on the platform's part.
